  • I have a problem/question who do I contact?
  • Normally I get the opportunity to take care of my own customers. I prefer a notecard sent to me with the issue you are having since IMs get capped. Due to deployment please also send a note card of your problem/question to Kattie Ninetails.

  • I purchased something but it’s not showing up in my inventory. This also applies to SL eating your items.
  • If you have purchased a no transfer item, this usually isn’t a problem. When contacting about this issue, please send your user name, transaction number, item purchased, date and time. This information can be found by logging into http://www.secondlife.com and looking at your transaction history. This allows for verification of your purchase.

    Before contacting me or Kattie Ninetails please do the following:

    1. Search your inventory for the new item and look in your recent folders.

    2. Try relogging, clearing cache before logging back in. Then doing a search in your inventory.

    3. Make sure you do not have me on mute. When products are sent, you get the option to decline, accept or mute. If you have muted me, you will not get your item.

  • Can I get a Refund?
  • This option will be on a case by case basis.

  • I would like to purchase a gift for a friend, how do I do that?
  • All vendors are set up with Purchase for a friend option. Makes it easier to buy a gift for someone else. As products grow, I will be offering a gift certificate system.

  • I was told by a friend you do custom work, how can I get a custom job done, and how much will it cost?
  • Custom work cost is decided upon and agreed on after customer details are decided. (What is wanted, scale, scripting, exclusive or not).

    All custom work is done as a joint collaberation between The Tarnished Tinker and Raven Mistress Designs. We also have a few other partners that work on these items with us.

    Custom work currently is done as time allows due to deployments. Some things can be done by our partners. If interested in any work or have questions please send a note card to either myself, Bri McMahon, Daeron Hotaling or Kattie Ninetails. If Daeron, Bri or myself are not available, Kattie will be able to ask one of our partners if they can do the job.

  • What kinds of custom work do you do?
  • Currently custom work done has varied from custom builds (houses/shops), landscaping and garden, textures, various scripted items.
